Langdale Farm is a pig farm and food business based in the Tamar Valley in northern Tasmania. It's owned by Oliver and Fiona Stocker, an English couple who have made Tasmania their home.
We sell our beautiful free range pork cuts, English style sausages and farm-made bacon at award winning Harvest Launceston farmers' market. We also cook our gourmet sausages and burgers at events across northern Tasmania, usually on a smoker that Oliver has made, and serve them hot with farm made relishes and a wines from a local Tamar winery.
We're situated close to the Tamar Valley Wine Route and offer farm stay accommodation to guests interested in getting a taste of rural living in Tasmania, and exploring the Tamar wine region.
