Sausage Making Workshop

Ever wondered how easy it is to make your own sausages?
 
Join us for a sausage making workshop in the Langdale Farm kitchen, and set off on a sausage making adventure of your own!
 
We’ll show you how it’s done, what equipment you’ll need, which cuts of meat to use, and what kind of herbs and spices.

Practise stuffing and linking your own batch of pork sausages made from rare breed pork raised right here on our farm.

Sample our sausages for lunch, and come away with inspiration and class notes to remind you of the tips and tricks you’ve picked up.
