All in One Breakfast Bake with Pork Sausages
This Taste recipe uses sausages, eggs, tomatoes, bacon and tomatoes. Of course all of those things go brilliantly together, but lately we've been adding kale to the mix as we like to keep our greens up in winter.
We often grow kale in the garden, as it is so easy to grow, and sits there waiting happily until you're ready to use it. Get the right variety and it even survives frost.

Come and stay on the farm at our Tamar Valley Gourmet Farmstay, and we throw in a pack of our bacon and sausages along with some other seasonal, local breakfast provisions - usually tomatoes or mushrooms, and of course eggs. Cook it all up for a gourmet feast for breakfast or dinner on the barbecue outside your guest rooms.
